Projects Er.. not the nicest stretch of town by far. This area contains the cheapest housing options, but not necessarily the best. Located closest to the bay, these houses get the brunt of the weather's fury and the sailors' drunken tempers. Although this is definitely the more run-down part of Timi-Kipi, the locals here are actually quite friendly and accommodating. It's the visitors you have to watch out for... |
